The EQ-i 2.0 Model is based on 15 competencies divided into 5 composites: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management.  After taking the assessment, you receive a detailed report that provides you with a total score. Some of the report features include well-being indicator and interpretation of your measures.

Naïs interprets your score and elaborates strategies to improve your EI skills. First, we assess your competencies and flag the gaps where you might need to focus on. Second, we evaluate your results during the debrief session. Third, you may choose 2 complementary consulting sessions to implement specific methods.

2 approaches are available depending on your role:

  • The leadership report focuses on transformational leadership model and puts EI results into leadership development language. It is an excellent choice for leaders and managers.
  • The workplace report focuses on EI skills being used in the workplace context. It is an excellent choice for front-line employees and consultants.

Naïs also offers  EQ360 assessments and workshops for companies and institutions. Reach out for more details.

Why it Matters

Why Emotional Intelligence?

In today’s world, IQ is not enough to be successful in business nor it is to keep your team engaged. Priorities have shifted. People quit their job more easily, value their free time and prioritize authentic relationships at work. To retain talents, leaders must re-think their leadership practices.

EI contributes to moving away from a standardized way of leadership in the workplace and increases your ability to bring profitable results and foster collaboration in the workplace.

Salovey and Mayer were the first researchers who investigated the theory of EI in 1990. Goleman later popularized the model and defines EI as the ability to sense, understand, and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions as a source of human energy, information, connection, and influence.

Emotions in our interactions with others strongly influences our decision-making. Learning how to regulate emotions becomes a powerful tool to obtain successful outcomes in your professional life.

IQ is not enough to be successful in business or to keep your team engaged. One of the main reasons underlying the Great Resignation was chronic stress and disengagement due to increased workloads and unhealthy work environments. Priorities shifted. People quit their jobs more easily, value their free time, and prioritized authentic relationships at work. To retain the best talents, leaders need to re-think their leadership practices.

The Power of Physical Well-being - Beyond Self-help and Mental Health Practices

Global Law and Business Review The Modern Lawyer April 2024

Since COVID-19, there has been greater awareness of the importance of physical well-being to perform better and be more productive at work. Hitting the gym and making sure we get our 30-minute daily walk is not enough. Exercising in short bursts or to target muscles is like taking vitamins to offset an unhealthy diet. The importance of movement to achieve better work performance goes beyond releasing shots of endorphins and dopamine.

AI Won’t Replace EI: Here is Why

Global Law and Business Review The Modern Lawyer Journal August 2024

Artificial Intelligence is the greatest technology bomb we have seen over the past few years. We receive overwhelming notifications on new AI tools every day.
